History:
The present church of St. Michael's in Dallas is the third church built on this location - its bi-centenary was celebrated in 1994.
St. Michael's Cross in the Churchyard is regarded as a very old example of a Market Cross and is thought to stand in the centre of Morayshire. There is also an historic Watch House.

St. Michael's Church is situated on the banks of the River Lossie by St. Michael's Pool on the south side of the village of Dallas.
Entering the village from Forres turn right at the War memorial and turn right again immediately after the Primary School following the banks of the River Lossie. The Church is located on your right with a large car park on the left.
